BIG BASS NOTE Coming from Saturn's North Pole

Sign in to disble this ad
Has anyone heard of this? Saturn has this vibration occurring at it's South Pole which is creating a hexagon in it's atmosphere.

First of all, THAT is what I call a bass note.

Second of all, is this not incredibly awesome?

How did they record that? There is no air in Space so, therefore, no sound waves. Unless they sent something through Saturn's Atmosphere, but I don't remember them ever doing something like that.

I'm no expert, but they've been doing this for years using telescopes, satellites and other equipment which is designed to pick up radio emissions from pretty much everything in the universe that emits electromagnetic waves in their full spectrum. Point a highly directional antenna/satellite at the centre of the Milky Way and you'll hear some form of 'cosmic noise' (...maybe, I'm not sure how much power you need). Every object has it's own distinct 'sound', and this is basically what radio astronomy is about. But don't go thinking they sit there with headphones listening for pulsars; its mostly spectrum analysis and mathematical stuff.

The big-ass bass note we're talking about here was not recorded with a mic or anything like that. It is a radiowave (kind of) converted to sound - like when you listen to the radio in the car. Ever seen Contact? Same thing. In this case, the Cassini spacecraft has been receiving the radio emissions from this region of Saturn's north pole.

Here's a cool site:http://www.spacesounds.com/home/index.html

I've heard that the evasive Brown Note has been discovered emanating from Uranus' south pole...

I believe the right number is 9985217846584635416584684.25874528.36735634

That's right. It needs 2 decimals.

I think i'm gonna get me one haxagonal, planet sized sub.
You don't even need roadies, it's got it's own gravitational field!
and a frequency response of -9985217846584635416584684.25874528.36735634Hz.
