Big gig in Bangkok, how to prepare?

I'm probably going to a 3 month gig in Bangkok... or another place in Asia.. and i'll have to play R&B, Pop, Hip-hop stuff.. like MTV top 40..
so i would like to know if someone of you have some advice, in what to bring...
Effects,( i have now a Wah, disto,volume pedal, tuner, A/B box, should i buy a phaser, octaver, etc what do you think?)
I'm i better to buy a box of strings before i go or ui can find the same stuff in these country?

I'll take all kind of advice.. Thanks!
