To me, it feels like this:
Misa Guitar is to a Keytar what an iPod is to a Walkman.
I can see some cool uses for it, but I think it might be hard to take a Misa player seriously in the musical circles. Even key players need certain skills.
EDIT: On another note, I saw the first keytar I've seen in 20 years for sale at a store down the street. I was thinking about trying it out, but I felt way ridiculous with it.

As for the OP, it is quite interesting, but I expect, quite expensive.

Ive spent years looking for a keytar, i have yet to find one for sale.
