Broken Headphones-- How do I contact Amazon?

Sign in to disble this ad
My Shure E2's that I got for Christmas have crapped out in the left ear. They just cut in and out, and ironically it's after I loaned them to my friend, but he swears that he didn't do anything. I'm trying to get ahold of Amazon to see if I can replace them or something. Where can I find their phone number? I've been trying to find any way to get ahold of them online and I can't find it.

It took a few clicks but I found this:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/contac...932212-1409411

Hope the link works.

This page should bring you to a page that will ask you to submit your phone number and you should get a call back from Amazon.

Pfft, don't call me, I'll call you.
