My lady works for the Musicians Benevolent Fund, a UK based music charity. Right now they want to gather a few profiles from people who work in the UK music scene, to hopefully be featured on an area of their website aimed at students. Whether you play in a band, do session work, or sound engineering, as long as it's how you earn your money then you are what they need.
You guys know that us low enders get precious little press. I really think this would be a great thing to get involved in. They will be more than happy to link to your website if you're featured, and you'd get your picture seen by a whole bunch of people. They want to hear your advice for those starting off in the industry, so you get to play yoda. Come on, that's cool.
