im based in and around glasgow, and my band and i are getting a lil tired of paying fortunes for rehearsal rooms every week.
were in the process of finding out about renting our own place, possibly an industrial unit of some sort and would appreciate any advice from others who have done this before.
i.e. insurance and stuff like that.
