Calling all Texans....good rock venues?

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm managing two local bands here in Houston, and I'm trying to hook them up with a tour of texas, probably in the wintertime. So what are good punk venues in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Waco, College Station, etc?

Not all the cities are definite, but we most definitely want to hit Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio.

One band is a pop-punk band, and the other is a heavy metal band. These are going to be two seperate tours most likely, so give me venues accordingly. I know some venues (like Emo's in Austin) only do punk/indie/emo/ stuff, so that leaves the metla band out, in that particular scenario.

Remember, these will most likely be separate tours, so don't fell limited to tell me what venues do what. Just whatever does general any purpose rock.

Waco:

I'm fairly new here but I think Scruffy Murphy's is kind of a popular place.
