Question Can I ask here what a Peavey Mark 3 Head and matching 610 is worth?

I saw one the other day at a local store on consignment. The guy wants $400.00 for it. The top two tens are bad(ripped cone) and unhooked. It sound good as a 410. Master at 3 was like "WOW, WHAT"? What type of price is good for this. Everything other than the top two speaker is perfect, this guy must have taken real good care of it. I like the fact that it is older. So my questions are...
1. What is it worth?
2. Is there anything else I should check or know?

Those are nice heads, but they do not resell well. If 2 speakers are blown, I'd try and haggle him down. These are heavy, old, ugly amps that people don't really want anymore. I wouldn't be surprised if you could get it down to at least 300.
