Can music123.com beat the price of MF?

As you could know, musician's friend has recently lowered again the price of ashdown pedals. According to music123.com policy, if I don't get it wrong, they should give the same price if you can show a proof that another authorized seller (in this case MF) is selling some item cheaper.
I've sent e-mail twice with the link to MF page and no answer. What do you think? Is it me who misunderstood their best price policy or is it music123 who pretends not to see what MF is doing...

this is news to me. the biggest difference is the price i bought my current rig for, which was only $0.05. but they should at least match the price.

Uhhh, it's my understanding that both MF and 123 are owned by the same people, so I would think since it's coming out of the same warehouse, it would probably be close.

And it's Ashdown who lowered their prices, it wasn't done at the retail level.
