can someone date my MIA strat?

I know its not a bass - but I have an American strat I bought of eBay a while ago, and the Fender instructions on dating are damn near impossible to figure out, so I figured someone here could help.

the strat is 199X, that I am almost positive

the first few numbers of the serial are E941

That's kinda old, but if she was really a model, then I'd probably date her. Then again, I don't think I could take society's judgmental attitude towards people having relationships with inanimate objects. So close minded...
