Can you cancel an internet-bass order?

I ordered a black ESP f-255 from music123.com because they said they'd have it available jul 29. I checked again just now and it says aug 16! I know musiciansfriend.com still says they'll have it aug 3, so I'd rather order from them.

Thing is, I already put in the order from music123, is it possible to cancel it?

E-mail them and let them know you are no longer in need of the order and they will probably cancel it (include info for the order such as order # and what the instrument is).

but you also need to call the credit card company and say
that they, th vendor, could not deliver in the agreed time and dispute the charge.

A letter in snail mail is the only way to preserve your real consumer rights.

I checked the confirmation order email thing I got, and I used a link on there to cancel the order. I ordered from musiciansfriend.com (as usual, lol) so I should get it on my bday, aug 6. that worked out well
