Can you hear the chords???

I'm transcribing a load of stuff for an 80s tribute band. One of which is like a virgin by Madonna. The main song is easy enough and has taken me the best part of this morning to chart out, but seeing as though there is a fade out on the original I've gone to one of the live versions to see how she ended it. Most of the cover versions I've seen have really poor just stop endings, and the ending from one of her versions (from the Virgin tour of 1985 I think) has a relatively nice ending. I'm just struggling slightly to hear what the chords are.

Just wondered if anyone might be able to help?
Here is the link
Like A Virgin, Go to about 5:00 and listen from then

This is what I think it is:

From the Final bridge
D#m7 - - - | G# - - - | D#m7 - - - | G# - - - |
D#m7 - - - | G# - - - | D#m7 - - - | C#sus - C# - |
G#sus - - G# | A#sus - - A# | E#sus - - - | C#sus - C# - | D# ||

I think this is pretty much right, but if anyone else can hear it I'd appreciate confirmation.

Many Thanks
Dan

P.S.
I know it's in a ridiculous key, I'm transcribing in the original, then shifting it if the singer needs it to move...
