carpal syndrome or something else?

Sign in to disble this ad
For the past 2-3 days I have numbness/tingling sensation in my left hand fingers, but as opposed to the description of carpal syndrome, I have it in little finger and ring finger, as well as the lower part of the hand, all the way up to the wrist.

No pain, just that the fingers and adjacent part of the hand feel numb, if I try to play bass I have no real control of the last 2 fingers and can barely move them.

I got it all while typing at PC for couple of hours straight (my day job).

Im going to contact doctor on monday, its just that it sucks big time...

Just be careful for a few days. Don't play bass or type too much till you see a doctor. These things can be so negligible, and yet you could be putting your bass playing career in jeopardy. I'd go see a doctor.
