| Cases and More - Slow Service?

Hi all.
Has any TalkBass user had slow service and response from Cases and More?
I ordered an SKB, shallow, 3RU case from them on Saturday the 12th. I was a first-time buyer on the site so I had to register. After ordering the case, I received a confirmation and everything seemed fine.
The confirmation stated that my order was being processed and that shipping information would be available on Wednesday, the 16th. Wednesday came and went with no shipping information.
Early Thursday morning, I attempted to logon to the site to view my order status but the password I chose when registering did not work. There was an option to have your password emailed to you so I tried it. As of Friday morning, I still have not received my password or any order shipping information.
I’d feel a little better if another TB’er has had a similar experience – I wouldn’t feel like I’m being ripped-off and that I just have to cool-out and be patient.
