| Ceiling tiles for noise/vibration reduction?

I have a drop tiled ceiling in my basement studio which rattles incessantly as soon as I crank by bass up to any decent volume. Does anyone have a suggestion on what to use to replace the cheapo tiles with something more sturdy? Also, the lighting is shop lights with plastic covers which may not be helping either.
