Cell phone interference...

I know I'm not the only person with this problem. But if I have my cell phone in the same room while practicing, performing, whatever... I get this 'beep beep buzz' interference which sounds like it's gonna blow my tweeters....

It's gotta be bad. Anyone have any comments?

I've decided to start turning the cell phone off or leave it in another room.

mine does it too. my blackberry really gives it fits though.
