cheap/affordable NY recording studios

im googleing it and i cant find it, does anybody know the websites to any cheap or affordable recording/rehersing studios in the NY area?

haha, iv heard of this place called roxy, havent heard much about it but if a lot of the bands in my highschool went there then im sure its somewhat affordable,

maybe "cheap" was the wrong word, how about if i say

"affordable" recording studios?

or even just affordable places to jam or reherse
