University of Miami (good luck getting in!)

If you aren't looking for an accredited degree, the Players School in Tampa.

OK. Are you looking to get a teaching gig, or are you looking for information and an environment to develop your talent in hopes of a career as a performer?

Not the advice you want, but don't go on the cheap here. If you are looking to a performing career you need to make contacts and network with other players.... along with getting your chops at a very high level. North Texas, Berkeley in Boston, Miami. Go where the good players are. You'll be motivated by competition.

To paraphrase the motto of Marketing Professionals;

Good music schools are not cheap & cheap music schools are not good.

Find/borrow/earn some more money.

In state in Florida? Or out of state as a Florida resident? Or??? I'd suspect thousands, but how many??? Take some initiative, and check out (online) some schools nearest you to see what is workable, and in the process, you may make some contacts/connections that get you better answers than many of us could provide.
