I have been listening to Steve Stevens album Memory Crash and in particular the tracks Cherry Vanilla (...stone groove) and also their version of excellent Robin Trower Day of the Eagle. I found out the bassist was Dug Pinnick. Does anyone know how Dug gets the deep sustained resonant bass tome on these tracks but in particular on Cherry Vanilla ? If it a serious rack of stuff I wouldn't mind finding a builder who could put same together for me ?
