Chimaira did a cover of a song I wrote!

I am really flattered by this. I wrote this song in 1994 and recorded it low budget back then, the band it is from is State Of Conviction and the song is "Convictions".

Thank you! Sansamp pedal direct on one channel, and mic'd GK800rb through SVT8x10 on another. Blended the two together.

NICE hardcore bass tone! Full of crunch, but still has a fat fundamental. The Chimaira dude definitely copped your tone for the cover version.

Congrats on the nod from a good band, but I like the rawness of the original better!
