CHRISTMAS SCORES!

Sign in to disble this ad
(sung in a children's choir style )

Chistmas time.....is here.

What'd you get...this year?

Low end sounds, and getting down,

my favorite time of year.

Christmas time....is here.

What in the way of gear?

Did you find, that Santa's kind,

at this rockin' time of year........?

I got a Casio keyboard, Some Roto 66's, and a vinyl-to-CD audio converting turntable!

I got several other gifts, but those were the most musical ones.

I got an internet radio. Very cool to be able pick up sounds from around the globe.

Also, the "American Roots Music" box set.

My kid got "Tony Hawk Shred," which is a piece of junk. Anyone else having trouble calibrating the board (just thought I'd ask, since I'm here...)?

I got a few presents but the only music related gift I got, which I did not expect, was this concert on DVD from my daughter.

I got a doubleneck(NBD incoming), a Behringer mixer and an audio interface. I got exited about the VSTs bundled with it until I realized they were all freeware. I'm not joking, even the recording interface is freeware!

My wife bought me a new Avatar TB 153 15'/6'/1' Bass Cab for Christmas and it arrived early. I tried really hard not to open it, but one night while she was at work, I finally gave in and took it to my gig to try out. Here are Video Clips:

*All Clips are Bass Cab only (bass did not go thru the PA) recorded with the stock mic on a Flip Camera.
