Cigarette smoke odor.

It's been covered here several times about getting smoke odor out of cases, carpet cover cabs,etc.., but I'm curious if there is a quick way to get the odor out of your sinus cavities.I just did my first gig with a new band, and we're going to be real busy ( at least to me) playing about 4 times a month, and I come home, get showered, and can still smell cigarette smoke in my nasal cavities. Anybody got a quick remedy for this? Thanks for your input.

Try a netty (neti) pot. I use a Sinucleanse for my allergies and it works great. There are a couple other commercial versions available and they all do basically the same thing.
