Classical guitar....how to (re)learn it?

I've been listening to a lot of Yes recently (possibly a little TOO much) and the usage of classical guitar by Steve Howe is absolutely mind-blowingly good.

I would seriously love to be as good as Steve Howe at playing classical guitar (his Lute Concerto had me in tears) but my attempts at learning it have failed completely. Part of the problem is that I just cannot work out in which order I'm supposed to move my fingers from sheet music- and I've never found a book which teaches this properly. (I can read sheet music though).

Any idea where I should start re-learning this? Any sort of advice is appreciated.
