Has anyone mentioned the Snark yet?

Non-standard tunings

Anyone having issues/difficulty with clip-on's using non-standard tunings (i.e. flat; Eb-Ab-Db-Gb)? What does the display indicate?

I've only used a clip on tuner one time and I'll never use one again. I don't know what brand it was but it wouldn't pick up my B string at all. Korg Pitch black all the way from now on.

And please people, I hope you're all tuning silently while your using those things on stage. I was at a show a few weeks back and both guitarists were tuning between every 3-4 songs using their clip tuners without being muted. It was really annoying.

When I play live, I use a BOSS TU-3. At home, I use some no name clip on. I may pick up a Snark for rehearsal. They sound like they work fairly well.

I have 2 of these http://www.guitarcenter.com/DeltaLab...70-i2334771.gc and they work great on everything including low B. I have used the Snark and I like the display on the Delta Lab CT-30 better, large and easy to read on dark stages. I will pick up my low B (the amp muted) while the juke box is blaring and I can't hear myself if I wanted to.

I've always had problems with clip-on tuners with bass tuning on-stage, especially low E, too much noise and vibrations left and right making it a hit-and-miss tuning exercise. Compared with a pedal tuner.

My main problem too. Try a CT-30 I love mine almost enough to sell my DTR-2000 (but I like the bling it brings to my rack case...)
Seriously I don't need my DTR-2000 any more this works in total silence or on a raging stage.
