Look everywhere for Bob Frenz basses. I don't know where to look, but there are more than a few TB members from there.

Bob Frenz is a custom luthier from Columbus. He doesn't sell his wares in stores. He used to sell at a booth at the winter and summer Ohio Guitar Shows, but he hasn't been there in years. You aren't going to find his stuff unless you contact him directly.

Secondly, music stores in the Columbus area are devoid of interesting bass finds. I'll occassionally find some interesting used bass gear at Guitar Center on Morse Road, but other than that its the standard fair: Sam Ash, Guitar Center. German Village Music Haus has some bass stuff, but its a tiny closet of a store and doesn't carry much.
