Let's give Props for great customer service!
This community probably deals with every major and minor gear manufacturere and retailer out there.
We all know what it feels like to suffer through Lackluster customer support.
We all how great it is when the companies we buy from really take the time to care about us and our dollars/pounds/euros.
Let's let eachother know which companies have given us good customer service!
for me:
Mike Lull
Genz Benz
Bergantino
Cafe Walter
Bass Northwest
Mike Lull, Jeff Genzler, Jim Bergantino, and Walter Woods have each personally and promptly answered my emailed questions.
I've both bought and sold thru Bass Northwest and they always treated me fairly, plus: free set-ups for life if you buy a bass from them! |

Even though their amps didn't work out for me, Genz Benz has great customer service.
I've had great luck in dealing with Warmoth, RMC Audio, and Mesa as well.

Eden = sucked big time
I've never (thankfully) really had to deal with CS. The gear I've had has been top notch. |

Dingwall seems nice too, but I haven't bought anything directly from them yet.

Genz Benz dug out footpedals from a warehouse for the discontinued GBE 600 and sold them to me for a very fair price. And I've known Evan and Chad (BassNW owners) since they worked at Seattle Music ... awesome guys, great players.
Cheers |

| | | | X Case Wholesale treated me really well when there was a problem with the order. They have the best value in gig bags. They also seem to have good prices on flight cases. They're on Ebay.
Mesa Boogie has also treated me well when there was a problem. |

Nothing but good and prompt service from them!
