Timing, boys. Timing.
That's what all of you (but especially the drummer and guitarist, I couldn't hear your playing too well) need to work on. Professional musicians often say it's THE most important thing in music, and I couldn't agree more. Good common timing is
required for a band to sound good, and you can't fake that.
So, practice with a metronome, all of you, and when playing together, make sure everyone is following the same tempo. If possible, put a metronome loudly through a speaker when you're rehearsing. You'll gain a lot.
Otherwise I can't say too much about the music. Metal is not my genre...
