a couple friends of mine have been playing guitar for a little while, and id been telling them for a while they should try out the bass, and so recently ive been waiting for my new sx jazz to arrive, so i asked to borrow my buddys p bass that he doesnt play too often, and in exchange i gave him my acoustic bass i converted to a fretless recently, and the other day i offered to switch him back and..
me: 'hey dude i brought your bass back if you wanna switch"
connor: '.....actually i think im gonna keep your fretless for a little while. if thats ok?'
i started laughing cos hed never really been too into the low end, but i think he really likes playing fretless. i dunno, i thought it was kinda cool. maybe well pitch in together and buy a fretless neck for his p bass as well.... |
