well, i found it really fun.
it knows some pretty obscure bands as well

(yes i know this will be followed by all you pretentious gits saying "yeah, uh, well, like, it doesn't know monkeycheeseheadrapbonanza therefore both it and you suck")

the last one i played was ladytron and i got 10/10 with an average score of 4.6 seconds.

I know it must be me, but I can find nowhere to type in a band name nor any games which seem to relate to music.

when i click on that link, i get a game. and a space to type in a band name. the game is called "what's that song".
it has a yellow banner below the logo.
on the right of the banner you can type in a band name.

I just clicked and it loaded up this random artist, Ken Boothe, I got 7/10 for him. I would have gotten more, but some of the tracks didn't load because of licensing problems...so I had to guess.

I dig them alot. I was contemplating buying "How I Quit The Forest" for 50 bucks, but I saw on their site that it would be reissued sometime this year so I think I will wait and pay a normal price.

it's a recording of a gig they did on halloween, and contains unreleased tracks, like barracuda!

Not yet but I'll check it out sometime. I found a live video on the net of them playing Barracuda though, it was pretty cool.
