Hey everybody, post your cool bass related christmas gifts you got this year on in years past. Surprises are always the best, buying something for yourself aint bad either, but as long as it was a Christmas gift it counts.

He actually spent his own money (they're not cheap) to get this and was so excited about it. I love it. I just plugged it into my T-40 and roamed around the house - it sounds terrific.

My wife not only managed to buy it from the small store I managed ( only three of us worked there) but kept ur hidden from me for two weeks, and conspired to have a friend's wife's name on that sales slip she knew I'd see.
Still have the neck, but neither the rest of the bass nor the wife. ..

But.....that was twenty eight years ago and you should see it now! Mojo for miles!
Three years ago, my fifteen year old daughter gave me a Levy's strap, and she was so proud of herself, but I didn't have the heart to tell her it just wasn't me. (Wide, blue sparkle with Heavy Metal studs) I'm a funk, blues player, plus the studs hurt my shoulder. I use it to play around the house when she's visiting.
Oh....This year I'm giving myself an 18SOUND 6ND410 mid-range to install in my Carvin LS1503(modded with a 3015LF).

Also, though it's another that barely qualifies, my daughter got me a handful of felt pics.
