The critic lives in my dreams.

Odd story, last night I had a dream where I was playing some slap for a few friends. One of my friends, not one that I praticulary talk to anymore was there.
He told me that I did that '3 thing' too much, but I knew exactly what that was. My critic in my dreams was referring to me slapping a whole step-half step octive. This is true! I do over use that riff's bueaty.
I've never really thought about this until the critic in my dreams pointed it out.

So am I just crazy or do other people find critic's in odd places?
