Curious (ed roman question)

Sign in to disble this ad
I was looking around his "website" because I wanted to know if he finally got one of those rickenbackers in he promised me about a year ago (surprise surprise) and I was discussing it with my friend, and he told me that ed roman lost his las vegas store and apparently only sells stuff online now, can anyone confirm or deny it?

there is alot of guys complaining about a eddie vegas dealer on ebay ripping people off..

Sounds like our boy.. Man that guy needs to be shut down asap. When I used to collect Ibanez Jems and JC Customs(guitars) he was the most ridiculous person on pricing. And he would love to sell stuff as mint, and it was replacement parts and even as far as different pickups.

I dont think any forum has anything nice to say about Ed.

The front page of his website says he has a new store a block away from the old one. I think censored profanity look stupid, so I can't say what I think of him here.

I'm never one to just say "do a search", but in this case, and because of the profanity problem already mentioned.........

do a search. Yes his stores had to close.

He is an amoral piece of crap and I wouldn't pee on him if he were in flames.

Over at a guitar site I frequent, the big 'Ed' loves to rip on Ibanez. Pages & pages of stuff.

I have had a few Ibanez guitars...no complaints.

He's been that way forever, people. I dealt with him numerous times back in the 70's and 80's when he owned his first store here many years ago (it's still around and even though it's under different management, it's still a rip-off, but that's a different story. lol...). From what I can tell, he still talks the same BS today that he did back then. Ther's been no change at all in his sales tactics. You couldn't pay me to deal with him. lol...

Pruitt, that store was and still is not only a ripoff, but in the 70's and 80's it was a money laundering scam for drug money.

At least Gary is awesome, though.
