Ride is too small.

In all honesty, it depends on what type of music you are interested in playing.

While I think they sound good generally, they wouldn't be very well suited to a metal band, but would be flawless for certain jazz settings.

+1 I have spent many hours at that. It's gotten to where I will not buy a cymbal without hearing it first, even if it's a line I generally like such as K Custom or Bosphorus Antique. They just vary so much from one individual cymbal to the next. And then too, I've found some amazing tones from cymbals that I might have overlooked if I was just considering the brand or the series.

Yeah, oops, my bad.

I knew they only had the 19" for a while, I was not aware they expanded the line so much.

its because i found a killer package for the armand line......and with zildjians nutty prices i can get a nice deal and just wanted to know the overall consensus. i usually like "customs" more but im cool with the regular avedis line.
