dang!! where can i buy these pups???

so i ordered some 60s CS fender pups from musician's friend. cheap!! but they are out of stock and may not get here by saturday when i have a gig (my rear pup is dead so i need em).

do y'all know of anywhere with good prices i can next day em from???

Check your local guitar shop. The price might not be as good as MF, but they may have them in stock.

Are you really sure your existing pickup is dead?

It's just turns of wire, no moving parts, and they don't usually just up and die...

Have you checked all the other wiring, bad switch, bad pots, other possibilities?

The ultimate test: for a test only--bypass all the other components and solder the pickup directly to the output jack.

Why not just re-wire the faulty line and cancel the order? Do you already have your heart set on a new pickup?
