Dazbootman Pickguards for Stingray

Has anyone bought a pickguard from this guy on eBay? I am interested in a black pearloid pickguard for a Stingray 5 but I am concerned about the thickness of aftermarket product. If you have bought something from him, can you share your opinion of the quality of the product and how it comparts to OEM?
