Delta Waves/Sleep Therapy

I got this the other day

http://www.brainsync.com/brainlab_delta.asp

Interesting: It works, it doesn't knock me out, but it makes me sleepy, that's for sure. Anyone else into this new age crap?

I'm interested in exploring more about Delta Waves.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delta_wave

Strangely enough, the reason I am interested in Delta Waves is the reason I'm interested in harsh noise bands. I can feel the parts of my brain being affected: Maybe I'm just sensitive. But brainwaves and audio wave forms syncing: Interesting to me.

i've been using Brainwave Generation for about 6 months when i goto bed and as well for other things. www.bwgen.com is pretty much the best program out there that allows you to burn the presets to cd. It also has a huge preset library for everything. A lot of the presets work while you try to fall asleep or during sleep.

another thing you can do is see if you can find a copy of Syntrillium's Cool Edit Pro. the company later sold it to Adobe and called it "audition" but i've never used audition. In CEP you can add in Brain Wave Syncronization effects--I never really got into it, but i wish I still had a pc (doesn't work on mac) to play around with it...

I have that actually, but I can't make much sense of it, you can selected intensity and so on, but to different fields, I don't know... it is interesting.

I think I'm going to make a CD for people to fall asleep to. Artsy...
