| Denver bass players, whats the scene

Hi TBers,
Well in about three weeks I will be moving from San Francisco to Denver and I am a little worried about finding a music scene that comparies to what I have here. I was hoping the find out from some fellow TBers what the scene is like in Denver. Specifically, how people find musicians to play with, what are some great clubs (mainly for funk, jazz are afro cuban, afro beat music), are there any great music stores, and anything else you think I might like to know. Thanks a lot for the info I really appreciate it.
