Did anyone ever buy from Ebay-seller: guitar_shop7?

I bought a Bass Neck a week ago and paid by PayPal from Ebay-Power Seller guitar_shop7 http://feedback.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI...=STRK:MEWN:SFS. I mailed them twice but they never answered. Did anyone from here ever deal with them? Do i need to worry about my money?
