Do You Remember Klaatu?

Wher you around when this band released a Lp that Was supoesed to be the Beatles Undercover in the late 70's ?

It was put out on capitol records and there were all these clues that it really was the Fab four if you looked at all the clues?...Didnt see anything in search.

Sure, I remember Klaatu... from the 1951 motion picture, The Day the Earth Stood Still. Michael Rennie played the part of Klaatu...

See thats one of the clues, Ringo star was superimposed on Klaatu, standing next to Gort on his album"Goodnight Vieana".

There was recently a thread about these guys. Google yields fantastic results. Great band of Canadian studio musicians. The Beatles thing was kind of a speculation-gone-wild that the record company didn't do much to quiet since it helped sell records. The first album is classic, the second "Hope" is pretty good, too. That's all I've heard. Nice bass playing.
