Do you think John Frusciante will ever go back to RHCP ?

Could you ever see John Frusciante going back to Red Hot Chili Peppers? I certainly hope so, I think he was the best guitarist they have had.

Not if he's smart. RHCP began the road to suckage after One Hot Minute.

I would put Niandra LaDes and Usually Just a T-Shirt up against any RHCP album after BSSM.

Chili's are done. Their new stuff is mediocre.
Frusciante's drug-addled brain isn't going to get any sharper. He was brilliant on Blood Sugar. Did some interesting solo stuff I am told, but the lines he wrote upon his return to the Chili's did not reach the previous level of awesomeness imo.
Well, maybe they'll get together in the future to make some $ touring the nostalgia ticket.

I do not think Frusciante's guitar work has anything to do with why the Chilis suck these days. The songs are contrived and boring. Mediocre at best.

I hate to say it, but I liked them better when they were on drugs.

I think Flea is going to end up leaving them soon. He has too much talent to waste with them.

I will really miss listening to their live Flea and John jams D: Those were really great. At least he will still be doing his solo work
