Recently, my index and middle fingers have locked up when I play the bass for over an hour or so. They spasm, and curl almost completely shut and then slowly release. My hands have fairly poor circulation, I think, because they are always freezing cold. Is this a pretty common problem with a quick fix, or should I go see a doctor? |

I have poor circulation and all that fun stuff aswell. Just stretch your fingers alot, when they start to lock up, stop playing and apply heat. |
