| Does 'Monster Cable' still offer "cable swap" warranty?

Was reading another thread, and some folks said that Monster doesn't offer this anymore. I've had a Monster for a few years and have always hated it(too stiff, and it crackles), but never thought of exchanging it 
If I were to take it to GC, would they replace it for me?
