Anyone who plays with any heart knows the connection you make with your bass. It's a special bond. Afterall, B.B. King made "Lucille" famous. I own a totally black Fender Jazz Bass Special (my first bass) and call it "Pearl" Do you have a name for your bass? Just wondering. |

| | | My first bass, the Cort Action Bass, was named Lucy after Lucy in the sky with diamonds.
My second, the Fender P Bass Deluxe, was named after Rita from Lovely Rita.
I'll probably keep using Beatles songs' girls names for my basses. Next one is an Alembic Persuader. Still haven't decided which name I'll give it, that will probably come after I've tamed the beast though
