Chris Stambaugh will build just about anything you want- for a(VERY good)price. He even builds those skinny-necked electric twangers.

Wish I had one.

Jack Read built a few...but he's not doing either now so that's moot

Besides him, my next favorite is Carey Nordstrand, and no, he doesn't.
