yet I went to download his new song, "March Of Death" and heard a Timmy-esque distorted bassline. Zack's in denial.

I was looking forward to it - Zack was recording his solo record at Nothing the week before my old band was there recording there. From what I hear of it, it sounds like an angry Soul Coughing.

yeah, i remeber when that song first came out, i thought that it sounded rage-like myself. i thought the song was ok, but it sounded like it should have been a rage song!

I love rage, they are definitely one of the greatest bands in the world. I'm defintely surprised their not getting back together right now. Who know, haha? I have 3 of their live DVD's, good stuff too.

Uh, Tim's basslines are hiphop based(hahahahhapunzrclevr). So Zack's rap album's basslines will sound a bit similar.
