Download: Bass Guitar scale and mode creator

Here is a program that I wrote that will help with figuring out and constructing modes for the bass guitar. You can select any note of the 12 from a dropdown box to act as the root and then select a mode. The program will then display the selected mode starting from your selected root. So if I chose C Dorian the program would display:

C, D, D#, F, G, A, A#, C

If I chose F Lydian, we'd get

F, G, A, B, C, D, E, F

and so on and so forth.

Here is a screen cap:




To download it, right click and save as.

Cool proggy Tictac. Does it adjust for 5 and 6 string bass?

I downloaded it and my computer is giving me warnings not to open it, has anyone had a problem?

I get an error saying "application failed to initialize" or something. Does it require .net framework or Java or anything to run?

Appears to be operating properly and only took seconds to run.

I believe you need .NET framework. Sorry for not mentioning! This is just a beta and I will post a corrected version if I can later this week.
