I tune CGCF and would like a tuner that picks up that low C. Have a Sabine ST 1000 now which I like but it won't do that note without fretting it on the 12. Tried a SNARK clip on, which was amazing BTW, and did do the low c, but it does'nt work well in a live situation as it seems to get confused with allthe errant vibrations. I just got a CarvinBX 500 amphead and would like to utilize that handy dandy tuner out it has. Suggestions?

I'm currently just using the tuner on my Boss ME-50B FX board, but previously I had decent results from a sub-50 dollar Korg chromatic tuner.

Most reviews said it was extremly slow in tracking low notes.

I wouldnt recommend it for drop tuning though. A 20$ korg pocket tuner does great. I like my rack tuner because it has 2 channels. Wireless receiver into channel 2 and regular cable into channel 1. so nothing has to be un plugged if i want to go with a cable or wireless at shows.

Always pride myself in beating the guitards to tune. Someone has to keep the crowd interested while they fumble around.

You just stand there and joke about guitarists with their novelty dental floss dispensers always needing tuning
Oh PS - sack your drummer and/or singer if you're doing the entertaining after tuning yours
