hi,
where can i get some drum loops (would be good if it's free ) for some practise?

i need a blues shuffle beat. it'll be great if i can vary the tempo too

I dunno about free, but Spectrasonics Stylus RMX w/ the expanders (I think the whole package is $350-ish) will give you more drums at flexable tempos to last you a lifetime!
