Is that just something you googled? It seems alright. Anyone any experience on that forum?

It's closed right now, but www.cymbalholic.com is (was) a fantastic forum of the same caliber as TB. I found the same cameraderie and the same ratio of professional musicians using the forum. They say they will re-open as soon as they've pulled some more money together, and I look forward to it.

www.drumdogs.com I'd say is one of the best that I've read.

The drummer cafe was the one I would consider the closest, but it seems that too is shut down.

It's kind of a hard question to answer though...I mean, TB has it's own little universe here, and every other forum for any instrument seems like just a fragment.

My younger brother, who just happens to be a drummer, he goes on the www.drummerworld.com forums all the time, and has found it really useful and informative!
