I am up. Just doodling on my Fender Jazz. And, saying to myself, man I love this bass. I can do whatever I want on it.

Morning dude! Like most days, am in a cubicle writing code while my bass sits silently in a room at home...waiting for 7pm to come around...

'Tis Thanksgiving Day here today! Lots of sleeping-in, turkey, pie and football

Every job I found a way to sneak a bass in. In fact, when I travel I always get the local Guitar Center or store in the area so I could stop in for my daily dose.

Don't worry 7pm will soon come. Now, get back to writing that code (crack of the whip)

Thanksgiving, eh?

Was in the States once ever, and happened to be there for Thanksgiving. Was going out with a crazy woman...we traveled to San Francisco together...she got in a very bad humour day before Thanksgiving because I refused to eat some snails in a restaurant after a very long flight!!

Woke up 6am on Thanksgiving in this new city, being kicked hard in the ribs by this crazy woman. She kicked me out of the hotel into the heart of San Francisco. It was a cool, beautiful morning, hundreds of homeless milling around everywhere. I decided to walk the city for a few (6) hours to get to know it.

Came across a Guitar Center and was sold my first Fender the next day - a very nice Geddy Lee jazz.

Thanksgiving - quite the holiday

I was in America for thanksgiving with the ex from hell. We had travelled there from Ireland. A real headwreck and the real Fr Stone according to friends. Makes me laugh now. Fortunately the experience hasn't turned me off and I have visited there since with my boyfriend and love the jazz clubs in NY

Ireland? Me too. I'm checking out of this discussion before my cover is blown!
